Digital Office Terms
These terms govern use of the Renili Interiors Inc. website and digital office operated by Renili Interiors Inc. By submitting information or using a secure client link, you agree to use the portal lawfully and accurately. A separate approved estimate or signed service agreement controls the actual construction or home-improvement work.
Requests and estimates
Online ranges and preliminary estimates are informational and are not binding offers. Final scope, materials, price, payment schedule, and timing remain subject to Renili Interiors Inc.’s review and written approval. Concealed conditions, inaccurate information, code requirements, permits, specialty materials, or requested changes may affect price and schedule.
Customer submissions
You confirm that information and photographs you submit are accurate, related to the requested project, and that you have authority to share them. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, identification documents, payment-card images, or unrelated sensitive information.
Electronic communications and approvals
You consent to receiving project-related messages by email, telephone, text, or the platform through which you contacted Renili Interiors Inc. Electronic acknowledgments, approvals, and signatures may be recorded with timestamps. Proposing a clause or change does not modify an agreement until both parties approve it in writing.
Portal access
Client and worker links are intended only for the authorized recipient. You must not share secure links unnecessarily, impersonate another person, interfere with the portal, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse information obtained through it. Notify Renili Interiors Inc. promptly if a link may have been exposed.
Third-party services
Links or communications involving Thumbtack, email, payment, hosting, mapping, or other services may be subject to separate third-party terms. Renili Interiors Inc. is not responsible for interruptions or policies controlled by those providers.
Availability and responsibility
The portal is provided using reasonable care but may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Renili Interiors Inc. is not responsible for indirect damages arising solely from portal interruption. Nothing here limits obligations contained in an approved service contract or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Governing law and changes
These portal terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. We may update them as the office changes. Continued use after an update is subject to the current posted version.
